In this episode, we had the opportunity to chat with co-founder of Málà Project, Ning “Amelie” Kang. When you come to Málà Project, you’ll be presented with a menu of Chinese appetizers, small plates, and the dish we’ll be talking about today, called “Dry Pot”. On the dry pot menu, you’ll find a list of about 70 ingredients to choose from, which are then stir fried with 24 spices and peppers and served in a bamboo bowl for the table to enjoy.
