For today’s episode, I had the pleasure of getting to know Anita and Steffanie Rodas, from Anita’s Cuisine in Merriam. Anita opened her Salvadoran restaurant in 2015 and has some really interesting dishes on her menu, including one sandwich in particular that I haven’t seen on any other menu in Kansas City. I sat down with Anita’s daughter, Steffanie, to find out more about their family, their food, and how they decided to open a restaurant.
