Marinated beef sautéed with tomatoes, onion, and soy sauce. Served with french fries and rice.
Tilapia, shrimp, mussels, octopus and squid marinated in lime juice, ginger, garlic and salt. Served with choclo (corn on the cob) and cancha (fried corn).
Breaded and fried mixed seafood, served with fried yucca, salsa creole, choclo, and cancha.
Savory seafood with onion, tomato, and spices. Served with white rice.
About the Region
Norma is from a small town called Abancay, in the Region of Apurimac of Peru.
