It wasn’t always Fannie’s dream to open a restaurant, but with a little encouragement from her friends and after gaining over 35,000 followers on Instagram by posting photos of her creations, she found the confidence boost she needed to take the leap. Fannie Gibson and her husband Kelechi Eme are cooking West African dishes that will transport you to their home countries of Liberia and Nigeria.
